Smart/Casual: great outfit idea especially for hourglass shapes

I love this smart but highly wearable outfit that has fun with monochrome and floral print styles. This outfit can also be dressed up for the office with a more formal structured bag and a simple black sheen heel. The straight leg trousers are lovely and flattering for an hour glass figure and the belt over the top of the cardigan can create a fantastic curvy, feminine shape.
