Happy Easter all! Hope everyone is having a great weekend, I'm back now and finishing off the week with a look I really adore right now! I love all the geometric prints, they are bright fresh and lots of fun, but there is a worry that they could end up wearing you if you don't own them. Choose more sultry colors and materials for evening. Weekend Ease Outfit: Especially great for apple shapes!

Here is a little easy fit number which makes use of the items you probably already own. It is sharp, easy to wear, easy to put together and can be a good basic building point for more sophisticated styles. This is particularly fabulous for apple shapes as the loose, but pretty lace detail top covers a tummy and the skinny jeans elongate the legs. The cocoon cardigan is also a lovely cover up for the less confident. An interesting scarf or bangle, like this tribal trend gem from Next can add personality. These boots are great as they are bang on trend and also smart, simple, neat and tidy; plus they have some heel to elongate the legs but are not too high to not be practical for a busy day. Smart/Casual: great outfit idea especially for hourglass shapes

I love this smart but highly wearable outfit that has fun with monochrome and floral print styles. This outfit can also be dressed up for the office with a more formal structured bag and a simple black sheen heel. The straight leg trousers are lovely and flattering for an hour glass figure and the belt over the top of the cardigan can create a fantastic curvy, feminine shape. So here we are again with this fantastic Adriana Papell top and dressing it down. Bomber jackets were all over the runway this season and it's a great trend for casual wear. Pastel jeans are the color of the year so invest in some nice comfy ones. These amazing loafers are a fantastic little comfy reliance and tassels are what it is all about. Here is that perfect trouser outfit for the evening. It screams innovation and elegance. I love this amazing print top by Adriana Papell, it really is a fantastic piece to dress up or down. These nude accessories compliment it perfectly and the sheen trousers really set off the top and make a fantastic fall back going out piece when you are not feeling particularly leg confident. Hi all, I know it's the weekend, but what better time to go shopping and plan next weeks work outfit. Here's a little number which plays with color and prints. Monochrome, graphic prints and also stripes are all big looks this season, so take it to work with you. I love the clash of the monochrome necklace with the lovely striped top (wish simply be did my size....), anyway, if you're really bold you could use more graphic prints with shoes and bags to clash. White is a great base color for all looks so really worth the investment! Get you some white girl. All white looks will be about this year so it will come in handy. On trend Day time outfit: student essential outfit

Well  it's Friday and the weekend is ready to go! The sales are in full swing so be sure to check it out. For all you sudents out there, clothes are hard. I know you want to look good but still be practical. So I got an email from a student asking what she could throw together as she hits the sales. She wanted an outfit that suits her London lifestyle and was cool but casual, not too much effort and doesn't seem too 'garish' to use her words :) So I went for these this season fashion essentials. A large Tote with a strap to carry books in, high wasted jeans (making a great come back now)- this slouch short top to compliment them and a slouch cardi to throw over on colder moments. I suggest having fun with accessories to make the look more individual and to express personality  like this cute scarf- if it was me I would go 50s pin ip and tie it up in a bow like the above- but boohoo chic is sooo in, so you could do loose waves and tie under with the scarf. A glamourous Evening in the WestEnd Outfit: Art Decco inspiration

OMG girls, the Great Gatsby is coming to our cinemas imminently (May!!!) and it still feels like a long wait, but for those of us who can't wait, we can at least dig into some 1920s inspired pieces for an awesome night on the town. How fabulous are these earrings by designer Jenifer Loiselle, available at Boticca, really are great original things on there! A cocoon coat will compliment short dresses perfectly and keep you lovely and warm. Get you a cute little fun sparkly clutch to add interest. Tie hair up is it's long and keep it wavy and loose if it's short. Go for heels with with lovely strap detail: I am completely in love with these by Ravel. How to make a maxi dress casual: Grunge vs western!

I love my maxi dresses and always wear them in day time and truly they are so comfy, but even a stylish evening gown can be turned into a whole new look for the day time. First throw a slouchy sweater on top and really you're half way there! Pop the belt on the outside if you feel the need to emphasize your feminine body, but experiment and see what works best. Next grab a big pair of boots. The western look is really in this season and you shouldn't have a problem finding some cute cowboy boots to off set your dress. A military coat also works well here, playing with masculine and feminine styles. Compliment with some grunge yet feminine jewelry and there you have it! Print Tapered Trousers Outfit for curvy girls.

Print Tapered trousers are everywhere at present, but they are not the most forgiving style for women with curves. However, add the right accessories and even the curvy girls can rock the style.  Remember these three rules: 1) heels are your friends, the higher the heel, the longer legs will look, so if you carry most of your body weight on your thighs invest in a comfy pair of heels suitable for every day, like these Barrats bargains! Wedges are best for comfort! 2) Pair your loud trousers with a peplum top: so slimming and yet so feminine. Perfect to create a an hour glass and draw attention to a smaller waste. and finally 3) get an even louder blazer to really set the look off! This fantastic orange blazer from Mango will succeed in balancing out attention and for extra emphasis on a tiny waste you can always throw a black wasted belt over that! Hey! Stripes are everywhere at the moment and they do not mean nautical at all this year. Instead think a little 90s grunge and get your stripes to Emo out a little. Skulls are still bang in as are these awesome New look middi biker boots. I have popped a cute (bargain) mac over this to soften the emo look a little and this cute cap by Hunter makes it the perfect lady like Rock. Also very suitable for these showers we are having. Remember, just because you follow trends, it doesn't mean you're a slave to fashion, take the trend, make it your own and play with hybrid looks. Hello all! I love the slogan jumper trend and here is a great easy wear every day outfit to wear to work or uni or shopping with mates mixing up some monochrome statement pieces with this seasons key color: red! Slogan jumpers don't need to be weekend wear; mix sweats with grown up fabrics like tweed for ultimate smart casual. Wearing a collared shirt underneath like this lovely essential by Therapy is a great way to smarten them up. Dinner and a Show Outfit

It's cold outside but you should not let that put you off looking great when indulging in some mid week dinner and theater deal tickets. Go for something smart but cute if you're out with a certain gentlemen. Tuxedo jackets could make anything look smart, let's face it, but a cute little flared skirt panel dress is a lovely match. Tights are an absolute must- It's too bloody cold to nude it not matter how hot he is! Incorporate a little art deco with these must have earrings and add a print bag of interest to break up the colour blocking. Pastels smart outfit; feels like spring :)

Hello! I am really excited about the lovely feminine pastel designs this season. Oasis has an amazing spring campaign and investing in some of these soft feminine designs for this season. Most essential item is to get you a lovely pastel blazer, you can tailor your wardrope around it; throwing it on over pretty floral dresses and neutral toned trousers. Oasis has this beautiful soft blouse which I really don't mind paying £42 because it is quite simply fabulous and would look great tucked into a pencil skirt but also over pastel city shorts or trousers. Patent accessories is a great way to add variety to textures and make the outfit more interesting. Some pretty and soft jewelry can really compliment to the look here. For a London cool, don't over neaten your hair; this look is not about looking like Jackie O, Some soft highlights and get out of bed style is much more now! OMG I'm sooo cold and really dreaming of warmer times right now. But this cute Tribal print bodycon dress by Quiz has certainly made me happier already. Bodycon dress's are big news and are easy to wear and fun to style. black tights work perfectly well for these cold winter days and you could do allot worse than slipping your tootsies into these cute sensible healed shoe boots by Monsoon. Weekend time is a time to have fun with what you wear in a way that you can't on a weekday. I love the new obsession with retro trainers and they are truly great for the weekend. But why not mix it up with a floral or graphic print; both of which will also be big in 2013. Boyfriends or chunky over sized cardigans keeps it looking casual and a satchel bag is fab for shopping with the girlies. If you like hats then you could go all out here for ultimate street cool. I love the return of the college trend!! Very exciting and still riding high in 2013! Most essential features are of course the satchel bag and boyfriend cardigan, but feel free to mix it up a little with some feminine floral prints, like this lovely number by French Connection, and of course the shoe of the year; white stilletos. This 59s inspired skirt is great for pear shapes and hour glass figures; showing off the waste nicely. Pencil skirts + Statement sweater = On trend!

Oh yes girls this is a trend I just love; so wearable and can be styled for any occasion. Statement sweaters were all over the runway for this season and of course monochrome is big news so I have picked this very reasonably priced and uber cute star sweater to style up for you today. Midi pencil skirts are still going to be hot all the way through 2013 and if you don't own any then you could do allot worse than this Jane Norman number; in red, one of the key colors this year. Have fun playing with ladylike styles like these gorgeous Aldo stiletto boots mixed with the casual jumper and biker jacket. Tie hair up with a cute bow Alice band for extra cool London attitude vibes. A red lip and eyeliner would set this look off!!

When choosing a statement sweater be sure to buy one which reflects your personality and compliments your body shape and tones; a statement sweater can easily end up owning you. I don't know about you guys, but I am loving these bright mornings and it's got me wishing for spring! Floral prints are still everywhere and print dresses themselves are a firm fashion fix in 2013. Florals are so feminine and this lovely little number from warehouse is a real bargain at £36! In an upcoming post I will show you how to dress down a floral dress with the right accessories for weekend fun; they really are so versatile and wearable and these fantastic ladylike styles make you feel like a real Jackie O kinda girl. A smart jacket makes them more than suitable for the office and they also provide a nice work to bar vibe. Keep accessories block colors if you don't like to mix prints. I really love the Brocade trend; it really looks expensive and classy and is lots of fun to dress up or down. Brocade is great for work- I love this amazing blue brocade skirt from Joules...literally love it!! These white toe capped shoes from Nelly are fantastic fashion essentials this year; what a bargain price for a great investment! White shoes are going to be big in 2013 so do invest. Embellished colors are still hot. When introducing more than one color, try to break it up enough. Orange and blue are a striking combination. Howdy! This is an outfit that works really well for day time cool- going to uni. For the office, trade up the leather jacket for a blazer and you're just about there. Backpacks are staying in fashion and this great color block maxi from French connection is so easy to accessorize, oh and if you don't have a white shirt yet...why? key piece and this one is a bargain at £12.99 from New Look. Combining all this with bang on trend biker cool is just perfect. Perfect first date outfit :)

First dates are nerve racking, but choosing an outfit is probably the hardest part. Feeling confident in your outfit will allow you to really enjoy your date, as you should, making you feel confident and sexy. So what outfit is going to convey the right message; sexy but not sleazy, cute but desirably, fashionable yet not high maintenance. Two important pieces of advice when selecting a first date outfit; 1) don't dress too provicatively; no guy who is serious about getting to know you is going to want to be proud to bring a sleazy girl home to his mum. 2) wear things that are comfortable and that fit well; it's awful when girls wear shoes that are uncomfortable or skirts which ride up all night! Don't do it! Be comfy!

 This is a date outfit that says 'adorable'. It is sexy yet not stridant, very cute! This lace dress by rare is a great fit, it reveals your curves without revealing too much skin. The boyfriend blazer is perfect to make the outfit a little more casual; you really should try to be somewhere casual on a first date as it will give you a chance to talk and get to know one another without too much pressure. I just adore these shoes, but if you're not comfy in heels, then go for a pair of ballerina pumps. Keep hair simple, but not too neat. Check out this gorgeous bag by Ted Baker!!! How to Accessorize a Sequin Dress; going out outfit.

Since it's Friday and the weekend is approaching I will as usual give you a party outfit - and nothing says Friday night like sequins!!! Sequins and beads are all about this year as the Great Gatsby gets set to hit our screens. Many people say that you have to be a certain type of person to wear such a head to toe shiny dress, but with the right accessories, and attitude of course darling, anyone can pull it off and not end up looking like a drag queen. Why not fuse the rock trend together with flapper girl vibe by using an alternative material when accessorizing.  Both Leather and velvet work well and tone down the sequins. 

Some subtle eyeliner and a 1920s style wavy short do would go great with this. But don't be too neat with hair, smoky morning after eyes and tousled hair would be perfect.
